You should do the glide at -2.5/3 degress. If you feel you're going to hit the runway you can accelerate briefly (1 second) to reduce the VS. Open the speed brake just before ground effect. That approach was pretty clean, but…. You were high, and you were slow. Also…. Add power for the flare at about 60 feet. The F-15E is a flying brick.
