- The Samruddhi Mahamarg, also known as the Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway, is a 701 km long expressway under construction in Maharashtra, India. It will connect the state's two major cities, Mumbai and Nagpur, passing through 10 districts. This massive infrastructure project aims to boost the state's economy and reduce travel time significantly.
Exciting News: The remaining sections of the Samruddhi Mahamarg are expected to be completed and open to the public in August 2024!

Nice video and great coverage .... Media is giving the date of Aug-end to start Amne to igatpuri section but by looking at your video I think it's not possible as connecting NH160 is still a huge task .... They need to dismantle the warehouses which are coming in between and making PQC lane there will be time consuming task ... and also connecting NH160 road coming from Mumbai will need over-bridge to connect Delhi Mumbai express-way which also yet to construct ..... I was hoping to travel to Igatpuri via Samruddhi in September but now it looks like it will not be ready for travel atleast till the year end :(
Absolutely, In fact Viaduct In Package 15 will take some more time to get completed. It will definitely take 3 - 4 more month to get completed.
@@LifeOnWheelsBSP there is option to start one side of major incomplete viaduct till 3 months as mumbai nashik road having too much issues this days . so the travel between kasara or we can say igatpuri will more effective. We know that till aug end all work can done except amane and viaduct .....amane interchange can be diverted temporary

There is no point in opening Samrudhhi if connectivity to Mumbai-Nashik road is not properly provided. If opened before, it will be a nightmare.

@@topicone1417 No beta Ye ek access control expressway he or rahi baat yaha ki speed 120 he Future me traffic badhegi to isski speed 150 kar sakte ho or iska all ligaments kafi straight he Delhi-Mumbai Expressway se bhi jayda kafi kam curve he , Design hi speed 150 ke liye kiya he no problem

What is the exact route / ramp / location to connect from NH160 to Samruddhi? The current arrangements are not clear
The ramp which is shown in starting, Where I am going with Delhi Mumbai Expressway to NH160, thats the only option. to Connect with NH160. As of now, As I can see.

We haven't permission to enter the tunnel until it's officially operational. So can't shoot it.
