I was aware of these fakes online that sneak on to eBay, I was looking for that exact m sport bag for my f30 haha. It took a long time to find a legit one, but even the used ones you have to check to make sure they aren't faked sadly.
Well researched A lot of stuff coming from china has little if any quality control People need to realise this when they are putting such important items such as this in their car
oh sh.... I just bought a chinese M steering wheel for my F07. But the seller told me that the airbaig is original... To be honest the steering wheel has perfect quality. It doesn't looks like cheap thing. To me it looks just like original. The only thing that doesn't really looks like original is the plastic airbag cover. Now i will be nervous about it :-(
technically, if you have your seatbelt on + the airbag does not explode, it can make a big difference. it will slow your head and reduce injuries to the neck area.

Was it a Takata airbag ? With the Yellow label?

Just don't have an airbag. For the first 25 years I drove cars they didn't have airbags at all and somehow we managed to survive just fine.
