Ed Boon did a great job with his voice, creating this iconic atmosphere and the legendary Scorpion´s "get over here".

After listening...the clapping isn't the actual one used in the game. It's to crisp and clear to be the one in the actual game play.
Must be from the Arcade Kollection, then, they redid some of the sound effects in it. That meaty uppercut sound is replaced, too.
It is the sound but higher quality. I wish we had the higher quality vocals of the other sounds but they may have not archived them.
Midway should've brought this guy back for the newer ones.
