13/14 was Ronaldo's best year without a doubt because that year, his contributions directly led Real to three trophies. He deservedly won the Ballon d'Or I think.

Arguably the 2013 to 14 season was his mental peak in his career. His decision making had became near perfect as a result of years of hard work. Now, he plays very much like a full forward and scores a multitude of goals but his decision to either drag back or attack has deteriorated for some reason. Maybe age? I don't know but everyone can see that he could take on three or four players and still make a key pass or even score which was truly something special to watch in 2014. He deserved the ballon d'or that year too because messi's performance had dipped in 2013/14 when compared to ronaldo, partially due to injuries. It's sad to see that he doesn't have that edge to his game anymore but he's became a far more wise footballer and I'm happy to see that even at 31 he's beating records and playing amazingly.
2013/14 could have been his best season ever but injuries dragged him down in 2014. He literally played almost the half of the season with an injury and that's why he fucked up in the WC 2014. He said in his movie that came out in 2015 that doctors warned him to play in the world cup because of his injuriy. They said that he would risk his career if he keeps playing with his injury. I think that's one of the reasons why he changed his style of play in the next season 14/15. If you compare his year 2014 and 2015, he played completely different.
3 years later but his Peak was in 11/12 and his Prime year was 2016/17 Season this was the best Version of Cristiano Ronaldo

However my memory serves me reason to say that even in 2013/14, people were like "He's getting old, I missed him last year when he could do everything". For me the 2014 was the best ronaldo season ever, Then the 2008 with United and then the 2017 one in terms in being decisive.
Honestly imagine if Ronaldo didn’t get that dumb knee injury after this season. He was nearly flawless this season. After this he had to adapt his game so he wouldn’t ruin his knee. Probably wouldn’t be fair for the sport if he was able to play like this with Zidane on the horizon.
