    Sometimes I think people just call Dave just to hear him say that it'll be ok. Get on the budget, sell the car, etc. These are things every Dave fan knows. But hearing Dave say it himself in his 'Dad voice' has to be the best.

      Sometimes we need a push in the right direction. If we don't have good parents or role models, we don't have this person. I feel very much that Dave has just done this for me. I'm 26 going on 27, in debt, ill, depressed, and I've never felt so hopeful and like someone actually cares about helping people get it right. This man is incredible.

    I don't understand couples who get pregnant again IMMEDIATELY after having a child. Dude, let your wife heal and get the baby into a routine before you even THINK about being intimate again. Control yourself.
    And does NO ONE go to their final postpartum visit? The doctor or midwife should be putting you on birth control at that appt to promote proper birth spacing. SMH.

    • @Birkinbag09
      @Birkinbag09 Před 8 lety +87

      My thoughts exactly having a baby and giving birth is so traumatic on your body it can take up to 1 year to heal fully, not to mention the stress of a toddler and newborn. I want to have a big gap of 3 or 4 years between my kids in the future if possible

      @anpvk7 Před 8 lety +124

      +Anthony Anderson ... Just because you like the IDEA of having babies close together doesn't mean you SHOULD have them close together. A woman's body needs time to heal after birth, the baby and the family need to bond and it is recommended that a baby is breastfed for at least six months. It's exceedingly hard to breastfeed AND grow another baby at the same time. Plus, the caller stated that his wife is prone to high risk pregnancies. These folks can't afford two babies that close together financially or otherwise.

    How do you make $100,000+ a year and still have financial problems? You know what i think... People always max out their income to the point where ONE small slip up takes them under. Making 100k a year, you could save 50k and live off the other 50k. After about 5 years go by, now you have a quarter of a million to pay off your student loans, go on a vacation, put a large down payment on a home and ultimately have a low mortgage payment with a large down payment. Im just curious to know what habbits do they have. Like do they shop alot? Do they drink alot? Do they gamble? Do they go on extravagant trips? Do they eat steak & lobster every day? Somewhere in the middle of his income he is living beyond his means KNOWINGLY
