It's possible. Especially since Bandai Namco did the Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot game and the Sand Land game. A multi-game crossover is within reason. They did the same for Tales of Arise and Sword Art Online. That's what having the game rights to tons of franchises gets you.

Well, Namco said Toriyama supervised the game. How much he was involved is unknown, but I guess at least they showed him some of the ideas and the progress of the project, and he probably gave some suggestions and opinions about it.
