What do you like to do with your credits on thred up? Do you buy something or cash out?

In the past I have purchased rescue boxes with my credits. I am probably going to keep a combination of cash out and rescue boxes in the future as I use ThredUp more and more again.

So sorry it was a bust.I just got the second hand mens which was ok to good, and the women's most wanted box which was also ok to good. Nothing is listed yet so we'll see in a few months LOL

Am I misunderstanding that you now have to pay $14.99 for thred up to take items? If so it seems like a rip off. I was considering sending them some things again, but not if they are charging me!

Yes, that is relatively new over the past few months I believe. They deduct it from your earnings on the box you dont pay it up front. I think they started this so people dont send them junk/lower value items, since they spent a couple years being backlogged and flooded with stuff like that. If the stuff you are sending in is going to sell for higher amounts the $14.99 is not that significant but yes if the stuff being sent in will sell for low amounts, it's not really worth it.

Do you even make any money on the Thred up boxes after all their fees and such. I sent them like 100 pieces and got $40! Ugh. They basically get free inventory from everyone

They have really structured it now that you have to send in higher value items to make it worthwhile. I will still send some lower items of brands they accept if it was stuff I was going to otherwise donate.
