The upper parts of the towers, the insides of the apartments...all very, very nice.
The anti-urban tower-in-a-park planning at ground level? The same mistake already made thousands upon thousands of times since the 1930s. It doesn't create good places.

Possibly, but I doubt it. I've seen it a million times. Never works as well as putting in a real street with a park on one side and buildings on the other.
