    I think total income ka 3x ..would be difficult at any stage .even with increment every year in package ..property rate goes up ..cat mouse game is never ending 😶😶😶

    In India there is no bank giving fixed rate for complete loan tenure.
    They say it'll be only for initial 5 years then it'll shift to floating.

    Namaste Akshat ji, 13:55 par kehne ka tatparya hai ki- interest rate niche jaane ki sambhavna ho to fixed rate par home loan le.
    Lekin ye bilkul hi contradictory hai kyunki 14:20 par aapne vyaktavya ke ulat kaha hai.
    Kripya ise spastha karein.

    Why being repetitive? 🤔
    This is not good! 👎🏼
    👉🏼 You should've put the exact same thumbnail, clearly mentioning one as Hindi, for saving the viewers from repetitive watching (pay attention). ☺️

    I did not know that you are from from Gwalior. I am also from Gwalior. Can you please make a video on redemption strategy for already invested funds with high corpus and not performing very good and become average fund now. e.g. I was investin using SIP in DSP Midcap REGULAR fund for long time but now in Kotak emerging equity DIRECT fund. But stll have large corpus with profit in DSP midacp, not sure how to redeem and reinvest, it properly to avoid more loss and tax on it. As of now I m redeeming amout by keeping 1Lakh LTCG limit in mind.

    Please advice whether this makes financial sense or not.
    Say i have a corpus of 1 cr. Invested in stock market that gives around 13-14% CAGR and doubles in about 5-6 years. Does it makes sense to liquidate that additional 1 cr earned and invest in a home for self use purpose? It also gives me a 10% tax saving on LTCG if i buy the home using the money?
    Do let me know your thoughts on that!
    Please note i am a freelancer and i can work from anywhere. I am looking to buy home in Jaipur where i currently live.

      It makes sense to buy a house for your personal Use after 5 to 7 years. You can liquidate some of your stocks and take a small loan so that you can even get income tax benefits. Currently if you invest in equities for 10 year you can get 15% easily.
