    Hi hanna! Many filipinos are cheese lovers 😍 We've got all kinds of cheeses here, locally made like kesong puti (white cheese from goat's milk) and imported cheeses which are easily accessible in supermarkets. We also have cheese specialty stores. We also eat cheese with fruits, nuts and crackers and they go well with aperitifs 😍

    • @rap3208
      @rap3208 Před 3 lety +1

      Actually filipinos are mostly ignorant of cheese. If some eat it , it's just cheddar cheese and foreigners even question if it's really a cheddar cheese.
      Europeans, especially France, Switzerland and Italy have lots and lots of kinds of cheese and is a regular part of their diet. They have a cuisine based on cheese. Wala tayong ipagmamalaki sa kanila kung tungkol sa cheese.

Ang alam ng karamihan dito ay cheese food - yung tulad ng eden etc. On the other hand more and more people are discovering various kinds of the real deal cheeses, aside from cheddar cheese. Filipinos are familiar with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

      Cheese cubes is to neutralise the sweetness and the sour as will. Some people he didn't used cheese because its expensive.
