Cool lighting under the instrument panel. Do you have to deal with any excessive glare from it, or can you adjust the brightness?

I can dim it no prob. But when pitch black outside there is definitely glare

I built the empennage for RV10 and then changed projects to the 8. The concepts and skills are very similar though. Why do you ask?
