I've made this recipe multiple times, my kids love it so much that I make sure to double it. In case anyone keeps losing the recipe like I do, here's the Americanized ingredient list 😅
2 eggs
2/3 C sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 C milk
1 3/4 Tbsp melted butter
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
Orange zest *optional
Cinnamon *optional
5 large apples
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour

This is really close to my German grandmother’s family recipe for apple pie - it’s really quick and easy, she just added more butter and no milk. It’s the best apple pie ever! I’m going to try this recipe

I have it baking in oven now. I tossed the apples in cinnamon and nutmeg before folding them into the batter. I also folded in some walnuts and raisins. I smells wonderful baking. Thank you for recipe.

Muy rica,si activan (clic)en el cuadrado blanco, al lado de la flecha los subtítulos, verán en Español los Ingredientes, 2 huevos, 1 cucharadita de sal, 50gr de azúcar, 100ml de leche, 25gr mantequilla derretida, 80 gr de harina común de todo uso, 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear, naranja y limón opcional, manzanas.Me salió espectacular, le puse 4 manzanas.

I used a bundt cake pan to make it very nice but i definitely recommend the lemon a/o orange zest it adds a bit of flavour to a plain but still good recipe I also used red jersey apples so the recipe is a bit sweeter than using green apples.. I will make it again

Today I'm making the fifth one this week. We had lots of apples and they came out great! For me it worked better with 100gr sugar and like 100gr flour. Maybe because the sugar here isn't that sweet. Thank for the recipe!
