I understood from other comments you changed the washer: what type of washer was it? Do you have a part code for it? If not, what size is it and what type of material?
@SKPAuto Also should have slid oil on the threading as well as the rubber ring as you did to prevent cross-threading. Good video.

Yes, we did use one, just forgot to mention it! Always out a new one on when changing the oil.
