I use to have psoriasis. I eliminated ALL dairy from my diet & it disappeared. The adult acne I had also disappeared. That was 4 yrs ago.
Our diet is also related to the buildup.. Changing my diet has help a lot and decreasing alcohol consumption to the bare minimum.
