How to change fuel filter on Volvo V70 2.4 140hp year 2006 the hunt for the cause of P0420 continued

The search for the cause of the P0420 trouble code continues. This is video number 4 of this series where we look for what causes the check engine light to come on in the dashboard and set the error code P0420 and P0421. We have previously done a deep troubleshooting and found that the catalytic converter should be replaced for this problem to be resolved. Also documentation from the previous owner shows that the workshop BDS wanted to replace the catalytic converter to turn off the check engine light and the code.
