Between 2004 to 2014 , Congress party was ruling over India. In those 10 years, Congress Govt gave full fledged free hand to Islamic terrorist to kill , bomb blast anywhere , any part of India to prove themselves a secular govt. In those 10 years, Bomb blast were routine part of our lives. No big cities were left where bomb blasts didn't take place. You just name any big city from New Delhi to Mumbai, Jaipur to Varanasi , Pune to Bangalore , Hyderabad to Chennai. Same story.
There were very clear evidences , one Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Qasab caught alive which proved Mumbai attack was sponsored by Pakistani Military establishment & spy agency ISI but then Congress Led Govt didn't take any action against Pakistan so that it didn't hurt Indian Muslim sentiments . Congress is infamous for its Muslim appeasement policy. Gandhi & Nehru were founder of Muslim appeasement policy in India even before decades before Independence of India. Still Congress follow Muslim appeasement policy blindly.

Though I'm from Kolkata but I could very well recall how much afraid I was that day, I sat with my father in front of the tv and my father was constantly switching news channels. I can remember after 26/11 I was horrified and traumatized by what was happening on ground and that horror stayed with me for a long time.
The social media is primarily a curse in such situations but also a blessing in disguise

This was happened in 2008 when in India apart from regular indian army infantry indian army Para SF & indian navy Marcos commondos + Indian Airforce Garuda commandos along with that indian Central/federal government have elite counter insurgency oriented special forces commodos unit known as NSG but NSG unit was back then stationed around only in its Headquarters near NewDelhi therefore all across India only Few state Govt have special commandos counter insurgency units. But after 2008 mumbai terror attacks everything has changed to good facts where now each indian state Governments have their own Armed police force like PAC STF SOGs ATS QRT type fighting forces to conduct counter insurgency operations smoothly not just that even every State governments now also have their own well equipped well trained SWAT commandos units to face every challenges of every nature along with that now even Central/Federal government elite Commandos unit NSG have it's bases spreading across each & every states capital cities of India so one can say that 2008 Mumbai terror attacks was proven to be a life long learning lesson for indian nation state..

Yet again allowing access to the media makes the whole operation more than difficult.
Why is this version so different from other documentaries?
I don't mean to sound insensitive but how can you call this a success ?
1.India's intelligence failed by allowing it in the first place.
2.India failed to respond promptly.
3.Why weren't there a "black cat" team available in ALL major cities.
4. Many civilians were killed.
5. A "black cat" veteran were shot and killed.
I fail to see & understand what part of this was a success ?? Please explain....
The Indian government failed miserably in their duty to protect their people and the international community. Unacceptable
We can call it as an success because without knowing and getting proper intelligence and enemy /terrorist locations and positions the NSG cleared 500 rooms with 0 civilian causality and with one NSG commando causality .
1. Indian intelligence agency informed 6 times that such type of attack is going to happen ( which is present in archives ) , but headquarter in india didn't took any action , when the terrorist came to india their satellite phones were tapped by indian intelligence , and they informed mumbai police and police head , but they ignored that .
2. respond failed because there was an inter conflict between NSG and indian defence ministry about what is the purpose to keep any unit like NSG in india , and they reduced budget of NSG to 60% , infact conditions were so poor that NSG dont have enough bullets for their practice . When they are called to prepare with in 30 minutes they got ready and entered in the aircraft but thet aircraft was not allowed to fly because the so called home minister wants to meet wants to meet and to took some pictures with NSG ( which will work for his further elections) , thats why it took 6 hrs to fly.
We can say the same thing about intelligence failure for 9/11 and Hamas attack on Israel. There is no country which is immune to this, not just India

Becuase unlike in the USA , in India it is generally avoided to use the guns, most of the Police forces are without permanently issed weapons (they will have get them issued through the armory with proper permissions), except for a few elite task force within the police force
