Your tree looks perfect! I think you did a fine job with the decorations. I'm so sorry you aren't going to be home with family for the holidays this year. That can be very difficult! We always had to stay the entire show because we had a full company bow at the end of each show! Getting a chance to leave when your part is done is great! You can possibly get more rest between shows! I ALWAYS carried granola bars, protein bars, fruit, that ever, in my dance bag for those "just in case" days that always hit you when you least expect them!! Good luck with the rest of your shows!!!

Loving the vlog! You can get so used to a dance that it’s engraved in your memory and any other arrangement feels weird. You can put weekly alarms for Sundays on your phone 30-40 mins before your call time, I usually put 2-4 alarms 1 minute apart nowadays to make sure I don’t miss anything important.

It is very hard to do what you're doing. It is very hard to leave home and get a job and have an apartment and go shopping and take care of yourself mentally and physically everyday when you're so far away from all the people you know. I'm sure you're making good friends there in Boston but it's hard. Please don't forget that. Give yourself a break. Give yourself a pat on the back every time you do something so amazing like going to the grocery store or making your bed or cleaning your sink. These are not big deals when you're at home, but when you're in a new space they are big deals. And on top of all of that you're doing a show. I mean you're doing a show constantly. I know you're a dancer and you've been dancing a long time, but this is a new level I'm sure. I'm guessing at least. I don't know about these things. Thanks for the vlog. It was nice to see you being a person instead of the superhero who can dance like a genius. Good luck to you and don't forget to give yourself a break. Do self-kindness. Treat yourself when you can.

Not a dancer, but if you don't mind some advice from someone who used to work on-call: stay for the rehearsal even after they tell you you can go home. It shows them your passion, and if someone gets hurt and there are logistical issues with getting the people who are supposed to replace them to stage, you can end up with more stage time. I know it sounds unlikely, but I 've made a lot of money just by being "that one guy who's always there".
So exciting to see a vlog from you! Totally understand the nerves, though. I bet more of us would probably have CZcams channels if filming ourselves wasn't so nervewracking (I know I'd start a channel). Love that geometric leotard you wore for rehearsal!
