I've used this Emtek pad without any issues for a couple of years now. But recently after changing codes etc, the pad will unlock without the code? Simply push the Emtek button and it opens. I did a factory reset, I added 3 new codes, still the same issue. Can you help? Thank you.
I am having the same problem! I'm in worse shape than you though, because after factory resetting, the original programming code that was sent with the manual for our unit does not work.

What happens if you purchase the house and you don't have the paperwork to change the code?
