Sit Comfortably or lie on the bed. Take a few deep breaths and let you breathing and heart rate calm down. Close your eyes and let all the distracting thought out of your mind. ☀ ABOUT THROAT CHAKRA
Also known as the 5th, or Throat Chakra, the vishuddha (or vishuddhi) is the centre that governs our speech and creative expression in the world. It’s balance will determine how honest you are, and how well you can express yourself with the people around you. It is through this chakra that we speak our choices and through this, we discover that our choices, no matter how small or unimportant that they may seem, have consequences. It is located at the base of the throat, in the V that is formed in the center of the collarbone.
If your throat chakra is not balanced, you will be unable to express yourself and will often be misinterpreted or misunderstood by others. You will probably be “wishy washy” or considered “flakey” or unreliable by the people in your life. Telling the truth and being honest with yourself is something you probably have a difficult time with, and giving mixed messages is likely something that has gotten you into trouble before. Until you find balance within the throat chakra, your life will remain the same - and nothing will ever work out in the way you would like it to.

In 1968 I lost my voice when the truck I was in went down to a rice field. Since then, I was unable to talk, sing or expres myself properly. Doctors could not help with problem. Until recently I tried breath exercises, meditation and being vegan. On this beautiful Sunday afternoon July 05 at 17.00 Bali time, when I listen to this music my voice is back.
Praise the Lord for His blessings to return my voice back to normal. I do not believe it that after many years of waiting "I am now 72 years old" my good Lord blessed me with a great gift. Thank you Jesus.

I have an ASD child too. My daughter had something similar happen in kindergarten. We homeschooled her after that. Her speech has improved a lot. We went gluten and casein free and her speech improved even more. She now eats meals with us. Try Kirkman b6 chewable they help the kids become more social and want to talk to you.

I was having some trouble recently calming manifestation.guide the voices in my mind during my morning meditation. him has a wonderful Scottish accent and a very calming voice. Thanks to his meditation CD's I have gotten back on track and feel a big difference in my meditation practice.
I am a singer and for the last several months my throat has been undergoing some sort of HELLISH blockages; to the degree i thought I would need surgery; I mean tension I have never experienced before. I have an intuitive feeling it is because of past traumas and my inability to not only work through them but also acknowledge the certain pains. it has been so difficult for me to find any joy as I have felt like my gift and purpose for living was taken from me at the onset of losing my voice completely. HOWEVER upon listening to this meditation frequently, practicing yoga, journaling and doing other activities with the intention on healing and bringing balance back to my chakras i can finally say I have found PEACE OF MIND AND GOT MY VOICE BACK! I want to encourage people to pay attention to themselves, their energy, and the possibilities that although we may not be able to prove with science, they are readily accessible for us to improve our lives. This is by far the most powerful throat chakra activation/stimulation I've seen and heard on CZcams
I just read an article about a girl who committed suicide and it really hit me pretty hard. I was listening to this and realized how somber the bells sound after reading something like that. It almost seems like they were mourning too. Expressing yourself can sometimes mean you need to let out the pain and hurt, the anguish and hopelessness inside. Please open up to somebody if you are hurting or scared because you don't seem to feel anything at all. It takes courage to be vulnerable but it can save your life or someone else's. Listening to this for about 45 min today has been so profound. I've already felt compelled to say this here (I never comment on youtube videos) and speak up at work multiple times this morning! I just got some insight last night, when I was feeling tightness in my throat. I really accepted what has been causing the health issue I developed over a year ago. I ended up getting hypothyroidism and didn't know why I was having weight gain, increased mental health issues, and terrible brain fog until I got diagnosed. The medication helps a lot but now I can take care of the root cause. It's not a coincidence that the throat chakra governs communication and expression, and for so long I've had issues with social anxiety, emotional expression, and boundaries. My thyroid problem was a call to heal my throat chakra.
Are you off your medication? Just wondering if you healed yourself with this.

I stopped going to this nutrioniat who was giving me vitamins for my thyroids and I just can't keep the weight off me now I gain drastically and im strictly on keto I write my meals down. I usually use these videos when I'm sick, and here I have some kind of flu that made my throat burn so after a few days it hit me, I did have communication problems recently, I have had to keep to myself and words had a hard time coming out of my mouth and often, I have been misunderstood.
So I come back to this video, and lo and behold, two minutes in I'm suddenly sneezing and coughing and using up tissues like my life depends on it.

I was listening to this soundtrack on my laptop when a friend messaged me about a conflict we experienced the previous night. I typically try and weave my way out of telling people of what I bluntly think, however, without even being conscious of listening to this track, I told this person EXACTLY how the conflict made me felt.

I have a tip for you please make sure all the drains in your residence are clean and clear of all debris by taking them apart and cleaning them put a bucket below them. If you need a professional get a plumber ($133) and they may recommend replacing any drains that may affect your spiritual space. This happens more than you would expect and never let strangers come over and look at your drains, that is a witches curse. You can even try testing your drains for curses by putting coffee grounds and Zantac in them if they start to sizzle and smoke they are cursed.

I’m generally very skeptical about these videos actually working. I have had tonsillitis for almost two weeks and being a person that talks every day on the phones I found that every day at 7pm I started feeling my tonsils swelling and hurting. I was told lack of hydration, but even when I would drink plenty of water I would find myself in the same situation every night. Out of desperation I started looking into solfeggio frequencies since there appears to be almost one for every physical problem. I found myself the next day with no tonsillitis. I didn’t think too much of it because I felt it was about time that I got out of that issue but I realized that the only thing I did different from other nights is that I actually slept with earphones on that night listening to this. I can’t thank you enough for uploading this video. To all the skeptics out there I say keep an open mind, it’s very inconvenient for anyone to think negatively.

I was a tad skeptical about these Chakra Healing Music....but, I am a BELIEVER now. I used my earphones and while on the computer, I listened to this HEAL THROAT CHAKRA/HEALING TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS SOUNDS for approx. 45 minutes....I found it very soothing, relaxing, and I continued my work on the computer. Then I realized, "Hey, I am able to breathe better"...I was having a difficult time taking a deep breath without my lungs feeling like they were going to explode. Then I realized, "Wow, my sinus is clear"...... and my nasal drip stopped, and I was taking in more air into my nostrils. I did feel a bit of jaw pain at first, but, they went away in 10 mins. or so, and I feel something going on in my solar plexus chakra. I'm feeling a little light-headed, but, I think it's because I'm not used to all this oxygen. ( I also have a tingling sensation on top of my head). I'm AMAZED. Namaste :)
J B - I understand you. I am feeling the same right now. I feel the tingling on my head, I have more air coming through my lungs. My sus doesn't hurt so much and I can actually breath through my nose. But I feel a stifness in my neck? Is that all the stress I have there?

I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to uncover six chakras body try Nevolly Chakra Expert Nerd (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my colleague got excellent results with it.
The root chakra is the, "I AM," chakra. The throat is the, "I Speak my Truth," or the, "I communicate easily/freely," chakra. The psychic receptor is the third eye chakra, its expression is, "I See." The crown is, "I Understand." The solar is, "I am powerful," or "I am empowered." The sacral is, "I feel." The heart is, "I Love."
This chakra has always been weak in me. Since 5 years, I have withdrawn at work due to a conflict and isolated myself. In a meditation last year, I heard : do not ever, ever, step back again. I did improve a bit but postpone and postpone. A month ago, i have been diagnosed with a maligned nodule on the thyroid. I will be operated in one month to withdraw the gland. One of the risk of the operation is to loose my voice, or that my voice will be altered. We shall not ignore the voices in our head. This is i guess a stronger message to lean in, speak my truth and jump into the pool….. meanwhile, I am doing all the throat chakra meditation I can find. Bless you all. Shanti.

After one day of listening to this wonderful healing sounds I noticed that the back of my neck started sweating a lot. I do not know the meaning of this, but I take it on the positive side. My sore throat is gone but the rinitis continue. These positive signs encourage me a great deal to keep on the right track and not give up. My neck has been strained from anxiety but this is my strongest chakra. So I'm listening to this and I think it's acting on the root and other chakras too.

I have a tip for you please make sure all the drains in your residence are clean and clear of all debris by taking them apart and cleaning them put a bucket below them. If you need a professional get a plumber ($133) and they may recommend replacing any drains that may affect your spiritual space. This happens more than you would expect and never let strangers come over and look at your drains, that is a witches curse. You can even try testing your drains for curses by putting coffee grounds and Zantac in them if they start to sizzle and smoke they are cursed.

Great, thank you! Although I experienced less sensation in this chakra than in the other ones I have meditated on before I felt that it was unclogging somehow. There was saliva building up in my throat and I had the impulse to swallow more often. Then I felt a tingling sensation in my third eye which I take as a sign that more energy was passing through the throat chakra to the third eye from the lower chakras.
Last year I caught strep throat 5 times I was supposed to get my tonsils removed a couple months ago but wanted to try natural healing today my throat was sore (like I was developing strep again) I listened to this for a hour and half and my throat feels good again!
i mostly feel energy in my solar plexus chakra listening to this

I began to listen to to this video each day for healing my respiration / my breathing issue. Because of anxiety, my breathing is "stuck" and like I "stopped" breathing" ... Very painful ... So, thanks to this video, I am able to relax and "free" my throat by breathing. Thanks.

I am a blunt a s s communicator. Holding aquamarine while meditating to this and walks in the park have really helped me respond instead of react. And for me if I can't say something nice I wanna leave. Also not accepting everything I think or everything someone else's says is true. Sometimes its just a thought, or just someone talking. At the same time not claiming up because of aggressive a s s bullies. I love all your meditations I thought the solar would be my favorite but I do more sacral meditations with a carnelian gem. I love the way you describe everything in your meditations in the caption. I enjoy the hertz you choose and the visuals. Lately it's been one of my top daily favorite morning meditation medication sessions
