- Toshiba Air Fryer! A microwave with an air fryer? Today we are trying the Toshiba Air Fryer Microwave Oven. This is an 8-in-1 multifunction oven with convection, so you can do air frying as well as broil, grill, dehydrate, defrost and even make yogurt! The model number is ML2-EC10SA. This microwave is 1,000 watts with a 1,500 watt air fryer. This is a great combination oven that does many of the functions of multiple appliances.

I don't have this one but mine has a microwave, broil,air fryer and convention oven and I love it. I'm 65 and if you can read you can use these machines.

@maryanneswander1046 EC042A5C-BS..I've had this for a little while now but I'm not sure it's working properly. Aren't the coils suppose to heat up and glow when cooking in convection, broil and air fry modes? Mine does not and never has. It does heat up though

I have GE and a Toshiba. I like my GE better except for the numbers you can't see them. My Toshiba has microwave, convection and a combi setting no air fryer function and has presets for baking and roasting and does have a favorites program for your 3 most used times which I do like.

Thanks for this very useful video. I needed it before I buy a new Microwave-Airfryer combo. Just one side note: I noticed you liked honey with your tea like many others' preferred choice. But remember that all the goodness that honey possesses gets destroyed when it is heated and what remains is of any normal cane-sugar. Just to let you know.

I have a question for you Amy. What is the difference between 7 in 1 for $339 and the 8 in 1 for $189. Im so confused.
Hi Amy, What did you do with the countertop Toshiba Microwave you bought a couple of years ago in your old house. Did you sell it with the house? I just bought the Oster French Door 11 and 1 Air Fryer Oven. It bakes, broils, dehydrates, and all kinds of things. I think I have reached the point where I have all the gadgets I need. Great all in one gadget.
Glad your oven needs are taken care of. I broke the microwave when we moved. They don't do well when you drop them on concrete. :(

Looks decent. Is this only for the countertop or can this be used as a built-in? Also I find it a little strange that the inside is stainless steel but you can't use a stainless steal rack or pan inside when using the Microwave function.
Our built in microwave has painted metal but hates coffee cups with metallic paint. I guess they design them the way they do. Doesn't make sense to have metal walls but it works. I'm guessing this is meant to be on a flat surface and not mounted
Can you just spin the dial to set the time instead of pressing it? What about things like bacon burgers eggs etc..
That's a great looking oven. I only wish the previous owner of ourhouse had made a larger cabinet for the microvwave because all that will fit in there is a small compact one. I don't want to sacrifice counter or island space for a microwave.

Ok one of the recipes call for the temp to be 330 on the air fryer but the temp goes from 325 to 350. How are you suppose to get to 350??????😮

I have this but it’s called Nuwave. It’s so perfect to heat left over frozen pizza to be crisp and tasty. I use all the features. Love it. Mine isn’t a microwave . That’s interesting though.

Love how the editing made 10 minute cooking seem like 5 seconds. I like it, but all that clicking of a dial would annoy me. I'm so used to pressing buttons and having to use a dial like an old rotary ain't it.
Thank you. Bad enough having to wait for something to cook let alone watch it. Right? I like numbers not a dial. But this won't be used as much in our new kitchen as our current kitchen. Amy can turn the knob. She's the chef!!!

can you imagine all the older people that struggle with instructions..put airfried food on metal airfryer tray .press the airfryer button..do not press the microwave button ..BOOM ! .. its a terrible idea..
My grandma has one probably 20 years ago that had an oven built in and did just that, melted some plastic plates!
That chicken is probably pre cooked.
With the air fryer the oven will get dirty fast. 90% of all microwaves are made in one factory in China.
