MUGEN: Kohaku's Touhous vs An Elmofan Trio

Here's what I noticed about these three characters. I'd like for Elmofan17 to read these, and look up tutorials and whatnot as to how to fix them:
'Gummibar V4' :
- AutoCLSN
- Absurdly safe normals (The Medium and Heavy punches and kicks are safer than the light variants, no joke)
- All normals are the exact same animation
- These normals are all short-range jabs. This, along with the push the move gives, makes LMP combos impossible, let alone zigzags.
- Hyper directly pulled from Evil Elmo
- Transparency issues on that hyper
- There are two distinct 'Butt Specials', which outside of reach do practically the same thing. Combined with the faster variant not costing power, makes me question why you'd use the lighter variant.
- His other hyper is just a generic hyper combo of the same two moves over and over again (this is why you shouldn't resort to using small sprite sheets unless you know how to frankensprite)
Toy Elmo:
- AutoCLSN, again
- Absurdly safe normals, again
- Another hyper stolen from Evil Elmo
- Laser special is practically worthless due to its pitiful damage and being relatively unsafe in comparison to Toy Elmo's other moves.
- The run special, on the other hand, is absurdly broken. 400 damage with no power cost if all hits land, which ain't that hard to do.
- The hyper version of this move is weaker somehow
-Also it has (not as bad) transparency issues with the Evil Elmo hyper
Clifford:
- Bloated stats for no real reason
- AutoCLSN, yet again
- Frame 1 normals with the exact same sprite. If this thing had actually good AI, it'd make it way too frustrating to fight.
- Rather generic template edit in general. The specials and hyper aren't even renamed.
- I'm generally against the idea of making pets MUGEN characters
As to why I'm fighting these? I genuinely want Elmofan to get better. He has, very very slightly, but I still wouldn't consider his characters any good, not even average. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm trying to be honest.
