How to Be a Good Helper - Minecraft Server Staff Guide

@@gabitza Oh, didn't expect ya to respond to a 2 year old message gabbb. But I was Helper on ArkhamNetwork in Nov. 2019. Was demoted though due to staying AFK a lot of times which was against the staff guidelines. And now that server doesn't exist anymore xD.

Try to gather as much knowledge as possible before the interview starts. Like read the rules, get some knowledge about the game itself, the forums/Discord (if relevant), and the community. As well as don't try to focus too much on what they want to hear, but rather focus on staying yourself and your motivation to become a staff member.
I assume it's a voicechat interview, so therefore I recommend you to get a good microphone. If there are a lot of background noices, set the microphone setting to push-to-talk. Don't be too nervous for the interview, try to stay calm, and have some water nearby if you'd feel like you're very nervous. Go to the toilet before the interview, so you don't need to worry about that while going through the interview.
Make sure to pronounciate words right, and make sure that the interviewer is able to hear what you're saying.
