If you haven't gotten it yet, check your sound settings (if you have Windows 10, right-click the Speaker icon in the Taskbar > Open sound settings > Device properties > Recording).
These are awful, broke magically 1 month before warranty ends. Never buying Pioneer again, pure chinesse crap and awful quality for 3rd world countries.
Buyer beware. These headphones do not work with all devices. It would not pair with my Samsung Tab 8 nor my HP laptop/tablet combo. Bummer. I would not hv purchased if I knew it was not true bluetooth capatible
