Wambo, usiseme hukusaidika hosi. Kutapika is all because of hormonal change in your body due to the pregnancy. The body is trying to adapt to the presence of a "foreign body" in the body. Hakuna dawa ya hiyo .. it's just nutritional advise and rehydration juu ya kutapika sana- hiyo maji ulikuwa unawekwa Sasa. Again, heartburn/hyperacidity is just because haukuli na unavomit sana. Treatment is not big, it's just giving anti acids. Usiseme hukusaidika hosi, it's just that they overcharged you. You went through a lot because they are twins. Otherwise, it's fine mama.. safe delivery, we love you 💕😘

I also went through the same,and I really lost weight and I never knew I was pregnant,I went to a certain hospital I was told I had typhoid but I never recovered I had for a second test and I found out that am pregnant,it was 😪but I thank God am now on my second trimester and am recovering at least I can now eat😢

I went through the same my first trimester..I can relate...vomiting..vomiting,,😭😭😭I was eating nothing,,mine was kulala na kutapika every minute 😭😭😭I almost died😭😭I was in and out of hospital but wapi😭😭😭this was hell...thank God I got my boy June 2019😭😭😭
