Wow this takes me back to the trenches of GroupDiy in the Aughts, totally pre-Peluso capsules, the Chinese factories were no where close to having caught up, folks were gold sputtering mylar to make capsules and the youthful EE conversation was brisk! Gyraf was all jr. diy mic builders had and that was just an instruction set. Making mics out of brass bar footrail, good times!
Oh Awesome, you're a DIY'er too? Man there's some history. I'm relatively new, only at it for the last 5-6years. Love the whole DIY scene though. There's a lot of awesome people to learn from for sure.
