Their way of watching is very strange to us. Child abuse leads to stopping of PR related things. Better avoid making loud voice at children and avoid them to sit alone at home. If you can financially afford private nursery, you can send your baby from 6months onwards.Other option you need to try for night shift jobs, then you will be there at home during day to look after the baby or doing opposite shifts ie you need to go to work only when your wife is at home.
