There is one seasoning from China that you must try for BBQ, Chinese people call it is "sprit of BBQ", the name is 孜然粉 Cumin & Spices Powder
Eating out is too pricey in China? I don't know how we survive in the west. From what I can see, some of these Chinese markets are like IKEA size. It would be almost impossible to decide what you want if you are not familiar with the brands. Because of crimes, many such big supermarket or stores including Walmart in the US are disappearing except in some of the nicer neighborhood. Most of the bigger supermarkets are for Asians like 99 ranch and H mart.
Many Asian markets cut the fish for you. You can put the shrimps in the freezer. Then you don't have to worry about killing them.

Many Chinese people cannot afford the products in this supermarket.
We'd love to buy aquatic products when they are alive, so we can tell they are fresh. The proteins in aquatic products deteriorate very quickly, maybe just in 20min, you'll lose all the good flavours. Especially for the crabs. The dead aquatic product with ice could be much cheaper than alive one. I didnt like any seafood when i was living in Australia, even in fish market. The fresh alive seafoods taste like totally different food comparing to dead products.
Shave gel is good too be used for shaving, irrespective of whether to be used by Male or Female.👍

Some comments on his video say “oh that’s so unfortunate I was so interested in Chinese culture and wanted to visit but it’s such a pity that I won’t be able to find anything safe to eat”. As a Chinese, there is no foreign food that I like to eat, because there are so much Chinese food that are far more delicious and tasteful than any foreign food. Some Chinese food I like: 猪耳朵、鸡爪子、猪蹄、牛蹄筋、牛肚、鸭胗、水晶皮冻、菊花脑炒鸭蛋、臭干韭菜炒螺丝、苋菜、皮蛋瘦肉粥、小葱拌豆腐、葱油饼、蒸饭包油条、糍粑、黄桥烧饼、蒸米糕。。。。哪怕是一盘木耳炒鸡蛋，也横扫所有西方所谓美食。

Metro is a hypermarket. Dont compare with a supermarket. In Thai or Vietnam they also should have hypermarkets. They are usually outside of the city in the suburbs but not in the touristic places or center of the city.

they have VAT instead of sales tax (which is used only in limited number of countries). Most countries have VAT. In China its 13%

在中國食品是沒有保障的規則，因為很大一部份的廠商都不守法這才是事實，當然也是有一些守法的廠商只是少數，尤其是大量的食物添加剤，這也是事實，而你處的是一個大城市相對的對法規較為嚴實，而大部份的城市中就不是你想像中的，而你覺得比較日本，你是不是很無知阿，日本的法規應該是相當嚴實的，南非的法規我覺得應該是相當差，無論是（人或食）南非都是差評和中國一樣，怎能和日本美國歐洲比較😂，，由你的視頻就可看出你就是替中國做事的，有好也有壞，但你都只說好的，既然中國這麽好又怎可能一堆場商出走，幾百萬中國人民移民出逃，第一中國沒重視智慧財產權，二中國沒人權，簡單來說，場商沒保障，人民沒自由保障，扼殺了基本人權
