  • Hello and welcome to Alive Road!
In this video I will show you a nice little EDC backpack made by Wisport, a Polish manufacturer that has been producing high quality backpacks and equipment since 1984.
Sparrow Egg is the smallest backpack from the Wisport family. It has only 10L of capacity and a unique shape of a giant egg.
It's made of 500D Cordura fabric, features Duraflex buckles and high quality Wisport zippers.
You can purchase it in one of fours colors: black, grey, green and brown.
It makes a perfect, compact backpack for short trips, or as an everyday carry backpack for all your essential items.
If you'd like to pick up your own Wisport Sparrow Egg backpack, you can do it here:

True, I can compare with some backpacks that are from good manufacturers but made in China, and the difference in quality is huge.

Wisport is good, but they cannot reach tasmanian tiger quality or helikon.tex. yet.ofcourse not maxpedition , especially those made in taiwan. A very good company with a bright future. I like them, but somethings missing

Thanks for the review, very well done! :-) What would you say about the mesh pockets on the sides - will the lower seems (where the mesh is attached to the pack, *not* the upper opening) do their job over a longer time, or do they seem cheap or loose or whatever?

Thank you. I'm confident the entire pocket is as strong as the rest of the backpack. I wouldn't expect those seams to break unless you're continuously trying to stuff something very sharp towards the bottom of that pocket.

Hey man, how tall are you?
I like to run my packs high on back, and just trying to gauge straps size.

Why would you want to interview me? I have a small channel with just a handful videos and I haven't posted anything in 1,5 years :)
