The ps3 version really does make a difference
I love how this is more of a comic style art and more relaxed while the pc, ps3, xbox 360, ps4,etc look more like a move and real

@@Indygenous there like, two different games though... with different ghost busters tech you get to use. Like two complete different experiences..

this game really captures the horror aspect of it, especially from the music. Would love to have a remake of this.
The Ghostbusters game is pretty weird because it has 3 different versions. PS2 which was the PS3/360 version but completely remade, Wii and it was called “REAL Ghostbusters” based on the show and was the PS2 version reskined, and the PS3 version which is the closest to the movies and has the highest budget
Don't forget the ds version which was a top down shooter
I honestly wish this was the version they remastered. I just really love the art style, and they could have polished it up too. I dunno, there's something very uncanny valley about the characters in the HD versions. Which, to be fair, was true of a lot of games of its time. Real people did not translate super well into video game graphics.

I've been flipping through footage of different ports of this game, to compare and contrast them.
Honestly, even though the graphics strike a different vibe in this version, the way they open up what in the other ports are just cutscenes, opting to let you explore instead, is much more interesting to me. Plus I have to add that some lines from Bill Murray especially just sound way better in this version..
I hope that some day the ps2 version gets a remaster

I love this more than the remake and the graphic upgrade for the ps3
something i noticed. the cyclotron bumper is missing on the ps2 version where as the wii version has it

OMG I REMEMBER PLAYING THIS ON MY PSP, SO MANU GOOD MEMORIES PLAYING THIS OMG, well I got it on amazon but it was used, there were some glitches, they kind of bothered me and creeped me out the glitches, there was one where there was no audio and another one liked when the cutscenes did close ups on people, it brought me ALL the way through their face and another one where people’s faces kept clipping, WAY too far, it looked like someone was pulling their cheek too extreme and another one where, you know the title card when you enter a level, it’s always showed me the title card of the level I was on before the one I’m on right now.

I do admit after playing the remaster ghostbuster game that i got with my birthday money i feel if they gave the rookie a speaking role i could of seen Freddy prince jr or Michael Rosenbaum for the role

What is disappointing about the other versions was removing the option to pick gender but bad trade off this version how badly rendered peck is and you don’t interact with Vigo
Lastly the characters legs are way off.
