It worked!!! Thanks for the video Junk Works!! My left rear door would not open from the inside or outside. I found it helpful to remove the bolts of the rear seat and swing it up out of the way holding it up with bungee cords.
it can be done ist just a pin as i said i had too last time unfortunately i lost the footage but just undo the screws and it will pop of the same. the hardest part is maneuvering to reach the bottom corner of the door panel and get it to pop the clips but it will come off if you break clips you can get replacements. good luck

Ok so it's not a bent rod. How do I get the door to open. Just wish one person would make a video on how to get the door open.?
you can pull the door panel off with the door closed its just a pain then find the latch rod and pull it should come open
