I love these. I made them yesterday. It was a gray , rainy, fall day. I made a batch and then drizzled a little donut glaze on them and a little of that caramel drizzled on the outside. It was yummy. You can never have too much caramel IMO. I also did confectioner sugar on some and others I did a cinnamon and sugar blend. Sadly, I didn't have any ice cream handy when I made them. Next time for sure. I made a bunch and shared with friends as we watched Thursday night football. These are great for indoor tailgating, fajitas, nachos, and warm mini apple pies. So yummy,
The pies look easy to make which is my speed and I can taste them as you have described to perfection! I was thinking as I listened, "What if my mother had talked to me like that as I grew up!" GINA! You did it again. I was searching for a bite sized apple pie recipe, and I was considering using the Goya frozen disc because I like the flavor. All the videos I was watching were using the croissant apple pie crust from the can; which isn't bad, but I thought it could be done a little tastier. These discs can be used with so many different fillings. I love them with a ground beef filling. Guava paste and queso blanco are also delicious. I’m definitely going to try this variation.

Also Gina made the beef with broccoli. OMG delicious. I used rib eye steak and sliced and marinated in soy sauce with corn starch and baking soda then put on high heat and quickly seared up.. and the sauce was amazing. Just like you taught us. That baking soda and cornstarch tenderizing is amazing to use and learn about .. quite something..
Your meatloaf and potatoe salad with the lemon was a Hit in Harlem, New York city honey, oooh weee. I made lunch for my friend and I. Upon tasting both dishes our eyes lite up and our tastebuds were doing the Harlem Shake, total deliciousness. Bravo Gina👏👏👏

G'day Gina. I am an home cook as well and i do have quite often use a frying pan oil spats all over and as a result, I now use an air fryer and found it is fantastic. The air fryer bakes, frys can do steaks, dose fish and chips and pies allmost anything can go in the fryer ecept batter or pankace mix. The airfryer is inclosed and use very little oil just a light spray. As i live on a yacht and the air fryer uses lot less power, it suits my lifestyle. HOT TIP, You shoud place paper towles under the rack to help clean up any oil drips. Gerard, QLD Australia.
Hi Gina. First of all I love your channel. Here's a tip. Keep some aloe in your kitchen for mishaps like that. As soon as you burn yourself put some on and put ice on it too. This will stop the burning and the burn spot will disappear too. I hugged my pressure cooker by accident so I know what I'm talking about here.

If you roll the dough out just a little and keep spooning the oil on the dough while its frying will give you a crisper dough.... I make meat and seafood ones all the time..

@@DiamondRubyJewel it's not a good idea to put any type of oil, petroleum jelly, ect on a fresh burn. Those products hold in heat and can actually worsen the burn. Extensive burns require immediate medical attention at an ER.

I am an home cook as well and i do have quite often use a frying pan oil spats all over and as a result, I now use an air fryer and found it is fantastic. The air fryer bakes, frys can do steaks,
dose fish and chips and pies allmost anything can go in the fryer ecept batter or pankace mix. The airfryer is inclosed and use very little oil just a light spray. As i live on a yacht and the air fryer uses lot less power, it suits my lifestyle. HOT TIP, You shoud place paper towles under the rack to help clean up any oil drips.

Hi Gina. First of all I love your channel. Here's a tip. Keep some aloe in your kitchen for mishaps like that. As soon as you burn yourself put some on and put ice on it too. This will stop the burning and the burn spot will disappear too. I hugged my pressure cooker by accident so I know what I'm talking about here.

If you roll the dough out just a little and keep spooning the oil on the dough while its frying will give you a crisper dough.... I make meat and seafood ones all the time..
