What an awesome video! You are a great pilot. Could you give me some advice? How hard of a build is it and what motor and servos would you recommend? I can’t afford the TH ones and want to keep it light. I have flown for years, but only building experience is in EPP wings.
Hi, thanks! About Puddle Star: you can built it easy. There is a good manual, step by step. About motors, servos and other equipment look here: twistedhobbys.com/th-39-epp-puddle-star/ My Puddle Star is a bit more heavy for 3D acro. I use it for ordinary calm flying. Greetings from Czechia!
Amazing video! I am about to finish building my Puddle Star. Did you cover the bottom parts of the fuselage with spray glued transparent tape (as stated in the manual)? I made a custom paint job and I dont want to ruin the looks with the tape. Thanks for info!
One of your most beautiful videos!
Beautiful video! Well done.
Super 👍👍
Good flying ! Beautiful footage and love the glassy water. Looks so much fun to have a flying partner.
Thanks!
Magnificent, these endless slides on the surface of the water like a mirror. 😍
The PuddleStar is a marvel.
Puddle star vypadá líp než sem čekal.
What a great video! This plane looks like a lot of fun.
naprosto skvělé záběry!
Just awesome!

What cam did you use to film it?
Very nice video! What hd cameras did you use? Greatings from Hungary!
Mobius Actiom Cam, good and light for small planes.

I used the red tape and 3M 77 glue. It is necessary for waterproofing.
That was so fun to watch! Do you guys ever fly with flaps?
Sometimes. Both ailerons down.
Did you download the plans for that airplanes or did you design it on your own ?
I bought it here: www.rc-factory.eu/letadla/outdoor-series/puddle-star
