I'd like to put in a good word for my camera, the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II. It shoots Cinema 4K video, has headphone and mic jacks as well as a fully articulating screen.
Yes, it's only 8-bit, but the advantage over the GH5 is the reliable autofocus. The image stabilization is a little better too, although the GH5 is no slouch when it comes to stabilization. It's a better tool for vlogging and, of course, photography than the GH5. It can also be had for under $500 on the used market.

I'd recommend the ZVE-10 for that! Great autofocus, plus adding a power supply you would be ready to stream in no time!
