I don't have anything to do pull ups so what should i do? And i can't do more than 2-3 pushups please help 😢
Listen first of all go to my channel it's all about beginners and I've been working out for years do as many pushups as you can in the correct position when you can't anymore drop your knees and push out as many more that you can until you reach muscle failure give it your all and rest so your body can recuperate at least 3 days when you do it again start at the bottom position and only go halfway up and then back down halfway up then back down when you can't do anymore drop to your knees and repeat going halfway up and then back down. do it until muscle failure rest and recover. Three days. now on the third time go from the top halfway down in the regular push-up position go back up and then halfway down repeat repeat until you can do no more then drop to your knees and continue going halfway down and back up until you reach muscle failure this will build the strength in your chest and arms and when you go back to do the regular push-up the fourth time or day after proper relaxation recovery you will be able to do more push-ups than you were starting with. Remember the three day rest interval between for Muscle Recovery as well as proper hydration to feed the muscles. Anything you want to grow requires water.
