As a first part flute let me tell you this,
Those sixteenth notes are utter chaos. It's not hard to get the right fingers pressed down but adjusting your air sou you can play the lower F is really hard at this tempo...

I feel bad for the French horns that sit right in front of my section bc I'm a trumpet and we like to always blast.

Average Joe I wish I had picked trumpet back when I was in 5th grade because they get most melodies. I chose Tuba and here I am 4 years later watching online videos involving concert music... oh how the tables have turned.

I'm a trombone part one, and with a long hard stare I thought, "Damn. This is going to be hard." Two days later, I have the first half of the song mastered. It is a lot easier than it looks. But at first sight you think, " I'm screwed. " but it's really easy and a wonderful piece of music and will be fun to play.

I've seen the guy who arranged this. I attended a school summer camp for my band class. And that same guy (Michael Brown), had attended the same band camp as kid for three years, and is a friend of some of the music instructors in there, and it just so happens that he was there and helped with teaching some of the clarinets this avengers theme song to perform.

Oh, that's another thing. I played this in 8th grade. Turned out better than we expected. It went very well actually.

I'm a tuba player, and we played this in fall of my freshman year. Let me tell you, the first time we played the first 16 measures or so, I was a couple sixteenth notes from passing out. I kid you not, I was struggling for air.

I'm first chair clarinet in my band but 3rd chair in both bands and in my regular band I am the only one with first parts. We got this about one month ago and now on thursday we are having a concert on it. I had the exact same experience as t0astwaffle plays games as well.
My band teacher wanted to let our band play a Marvel piece for our Spring concert. This piece was one of the pieces that she found, but she thought it was too hard for us. When I heard the flute part, I exactly knew why.

i play this in band. j am in sixth grade and we have 17 flutes (i an one of them), 6 clarinets, 1 oboe, 1 tuba, 3 euphoniums, 2 alto saxophonists, and one trumpet, yet we still manage to pull this off.

We are playing this song in my high school band and let me tell you, as a first flute this song is hell. But I will admit it is really cool when it gets to the melody
This is the last song we played with my band director and him and one of the other directors dressed up as Thanos and Captain America and during the first 8 or so measures they “fought.” My director had the shield and hammer and the other director had a glove and something else having to do with Thanos too and the percussionists dressed up as some of the other avengers characters.

I'm a flute and I played this song at my band concert. It was awesome. It is easy to play, but it is also really easy to get lost in the music. For the first three lines of measures it is pretty much the same. But it sounds really cool with the rest of the band.
