Floor 2: 0:51
Floor 3: 2:03
Floor 4: 3:03

Floor 1:
First, boom the Boss
Poison him with S2
Use S2 to self-barrier
Keep poison him with S3 and S2
Now detonate Poison with Soulburn
A-L-Q-U-E-D-A
Floor 2:
Use S2 to dispel with Evasion buff first
Debuff them with Poison
Use S1 to attack twice
Keep poison them
Soulburn now to detonate
Finish them with S1
Floor 3:
Use S2 to prevent this Boss from Stealth
Retrist him with S1
Provoke him with S3
Now keep S1 until you have enough 10 Souls
Soulburn to get extra turn then S3
The rest is easy
Floor 4:
Boom them first
Provoke minion or he will buff ATK to the boss
Self-barrier to protect mushroom
S1 on debuffer unit to get 100% Crit
Use S1 Soulburn to AoE
Use Boom to remove Barrier from Boss
Or Boss can stun you and you lose

There are some NPC battles in Chapter 5. You can't auto battle it but its rewards are quite good.
