I wanna see how truck bed power outlet works I just got a new truck and has it but cannot get power of it 🤔

depends on your truck, this old pickup i got power by using a Y splitter for the trailer connector. alot of newer trucks have a outlet in the bed for 5th wheel.

Do you drill through with the feet and risers on there or do how you showed it?

If your truck bed is tall enough to require the feet and risers then yes drill with them in there.
