A nice presentation. A good job covering some of the basics in a short amount of time. I have never worked with a Nova Tech RTU, but some of my friends that have told me they were easy. Easy is good. I have worked on D20's since they were Westronic, pre config pro (config 5.01), and they are never easy! I could tell you about some difficult configuration issues with D20's that do not normally exist with other RTU's. I work as a contract employee and am hoping to get to work with a Nova Tech RTU in the future.
