Emanator is just a Herrscher but for a path rather than a concept. So, most of the side effects of a nihility emenator and honkai corruption are the same for both game of memory loss, dwindling life and loss of taste and that the start.

K-423 may been created to become the host of a Herrscher Core, but she's still human, and no humans, are 100% immune to Honkai corruption.
