T 962 Reflow Oven Upgrade

  • Awhile back I wanted to make some surface mount PCB's at home so I upgraded a cheap T-962 reflow oven! The process involves removing masking tape from the oven, applying new Kapton tape, removing paint from the chassis to properly ground the device, replacing the loud and insufficient cooling fan, and upgrading the firmware.
