This was late mother’s favorite song.
The day we were spreading her ashes, this started playing on the radio (this was in 2010 - I was 21 - so it was completely unexpected as it wasn’t a new song).
I started sobbing. I feel like it was her way of speaking to me.
To this day, I listen to this song when I need her encouraging words and wisdom.

So much nostalgia for me. I've been listening to tons of songs I grew up with during 1994-1999 and I always remember listening to this while it was rainy outside, with dark clouds everywhere and everything just felt peaceful, especially with this gem playing.

this song helped me get thru one of the most difficult times in my life. my 17yr marriage had just ended and i found myself raising my 2kids as a single mom. i was terrified. i had never evn lived alone without having a man in the house. we made it ,thru the Grace of God and His strength and motivational music like this special song. i worked 2-3jobs ,went to college,and never missed a ball game,concert,or evn a holiday or bday wth my babies. they were in 3rd&5th grade, they are now 32&33. they turned out EXCELLENT. im alone again, widowed,and in crappy health,but hav my dogs,cats,and birds to keep me company.
