BRILLIANT but I'll wait to do a mod on mine because the stock blade cuts fairly decent and also GREAT for balding so I'll just wait for them blades to dull THEN I'll do the mod. Lol
Agreed its perfect for balding. Also like that it's not too sharp it does not irritate at all.
Can I ask, how decent is the original blades cuts? would it be enough for home use, beard and back neck trimming ?

It's best to use the gold top cutter blade with the deep tooth bottom blade these come with. I modified my Eunon/Renpho trimmer and they hit like modified blades...HUGE DIFFERENCE!
I’d want to try wire cutters and the file to get the edges smooth to remove those prongs

PremierCutts checks my mod of the Kemei 2600 I swap the blade with andis taper blade for use with the magnetic gaurds. I been seeing people modifying the andis magnetic gaurds and it worry me so I did a mod video. I use my Kemei 2600 and don’t have any problems after the modification.
Actually you need a sand papper to take off little bit from white detiler bracket to get the right fit

I think the original blades are enough for home, beard use, isn't?

I have a question have you put a wahl blade on the kemei 1986, Because I tried and it started making a loud noise. Or do you know where could we get the original blade from kemei?
I never change the blade it came with so I can’t really be off help
Change the bottom blade only
If you change both, the top blade will hit the body, unless if you have any idea to mod it

I tried kemei 2600 and l am not happy for 2600 and 707z they are horrible
I can recommend only 1986 original for kemei and surker k9s but best is 1986 kemei for cheap hair clippers
