Adult fans already bought their Ryusoulger keys, which are more expensive to produce. The US keys are fine for kids. They do what they need to do, and they meet the price point the US wants to meet. For twice the price, fans can buy the Japanese morpher (also linked in the description). Also, Bandai America's keys were superior to Japan's in some ways. Japan's are what you saw on TV on both shows, making them screen accurate props, but Bandai America's keys were also all fully painted, spring loaded, and you could scan them on your phone as well. So, aside from being smaller, they were actually fancier.

The fact that the Green Ranger in PRDF is a girl despite Ryusoul Green being a boy is kind of a throwback to MMPR, where the Yellow Ranger was female even though the Yellow Zyuranger was male. Furthermore, both rangers have a sabertooth tiger motif, and neither wear skirts (except for Dino Fury Green's first appearance; the transformation gave her a skirt which she manually tore off afterwards).

I think you’re right Bruno about assigning a gender to a Ranger. It wasn’t until the past few years that I realized that MM Yellow Ranger was originally played by a male in the Super Sentai. Which would explain why MM Yellow (along with some of the other female PRs) didn’t have skirts on their Ranger suits. I’m with you Bruno that I’m 50/50 of being accurate to gender-assign Ranger suits. As long as it can be pulled off, anyone can be under any Ranger suit, whether it be male, female, robot, non-human, and more. I think why there’s a big deal of talk about having a female green Ranger is because for the longest time the green Ranger has mostly be associated with a male character taking up the mantle in the shows (correct me if I’m wrong). There was rumors or talks about the sequel to the Power Rangers Movie (2016) having Tommy Oliver being casted by a female, but that never happened. It’s a good change and progress on what it is being done just because Power Rangers has always been a good, inclusive, progressive show. I’m still waiting for that day when we get to finally see a female Red Ranger leading the team for the whole season. Maybe with the team consisted of 3 women and 2 males. Those are some possibilities.

I'll give Hasbro credit since they started making the morphers they have done a amazing job. Now the look and feel part is good, but the electronics and sounds are not up very good, even the straps needs improving. So look and feel is awesome, sounds electronics and the straps need to go back to the drawing board! Also for the visor on the dino fury morpher needs to be more solid and easy to move. Every time I spin it the visor sounds like its about to break.
if going forward we keep getting these gimmick-focused morphers, then we need to get the more structured "gimmick insertion > standby > activation" morphs. this whole like "it makes weird sounds and motion activated noises and then putting in the gimmick item changes the morph sometimes and changes the motion activated sounds also" type thing from this and the beast morpher kind of suck. i get that they think kids dont really care and they want to make it more "open" for play, but i can guarantee any kid would want to morph along with the rangers instead of having a rock riff followed by a bunch of wooshing sounds.

You're on MMPRtoys, you know we never give wrong info. Power Rangers airs on Saturdays, not Mondays, and the date is February 20th. This was confirmed by Hasbro tonight. If you heard it here, then that's the real info.
To be fair, the toy line would have spoiled it anyway. And I’m pretty sure that’s been a recurring thing for a while now in both Power Rangers and Super Sentai.
I have the Dino fury morpher and it’s pretty cool although I lost the key to it so that’s unfortunate but still I recommend everyone getting the morpher
