In this 494 IPC case the Allahabad High Court quashed bigamy case filed by husband against her wife. The husband alleged that the wife has performed second marriage without divorce i.e. बिना तलाक दूसरी शादी. The wife filed petition to quash the said 494 ipc complaint. The court held that the evidence to prove bigamy were not sufficient. The court explained in clear terms what evidence is required to prove bigamy under section 494 ipc.
The High Court noted that for offence of bigamy it has to be proved that there was valid second marriage. Without valid marriage, the offense under Section 494 IPC (bigamy) is not proved.

प्रमाण को अदालत मे अपने हिसाब, विचारों के अनुसार मतलब निकालता है सत्य तो दब जाता है। झूठां मजे कर जाता है। महिलाओं को ही सत्य माना जाता है।

This is incorrect because, You can't register FIR under section 494 and 495.
