No I would say take half a size up or full size up x
Does the heel strap stretch over time from usage?
Yes it does, so actually I would recommend buying only 1/2 up. If it feels tight that’s okay because it does stretch x

@@cassandralouisduthil7505 yes if your a 37 and your happy with that size then stay. I wouldn’t go any lower because then your feet would be a little cramp x
