Hey welcome back buddy? what is that your spraying kerosene? if it is mix a little transmission fluid in with it That make a great cleaner and a WD 40
nice job bro...this engine dosnt have timing mark bro???
Its 2 stroke. Where is starting smoke? Looks like you use only gasoline without 2stroke oil. Dont use grease on crakshaft bearings. They are lubricated by gasoline/oil mixture.
Two cycle engines are not supposed to smoke. If they are smoking, they're either worn out or you're using too much oil in the fuel. I would say this engine has both going on because the same piston rings and worn out cylinder bore were used. You can see the pitting and scuffing inside the cylinder bore, which will always make it smoke.
ржавые болты откручивать гайковертом это последнее дело я ждал когда шляпы отвернет

Wow awesome job and to get signs of life out of it on the very first pull, and fully running on the second. That Robin wants to live.

Why did you heat up the bolts and pour that liquid on them? What does it do?
Also, what was that chemicals you soaked the carb in please?
It is used to prevent de steel bolts from rusting, the name of this is black oxidation, or burnishing. But u can do this also with chemicals.
The process of heating up metal and dunking it in oil is called "hot bluing". You don't want to heat the metal up to the point of it turning red, because it alters the molecular structure of the metal and can make it weaker. Ideally, you really only want to get the metal to 400-500 degrees fahrenheit, not red hot, which is above 1000 degrees. There's also a "cold bluing" process that uses chemicals, but these are nasty to work with and very expensive.
The chemical he used to clean the carburetor was probably concentrated hydrochloric acid. High concentrations of HCL will have the violent reaction with water, and eat concrete. You can see the bubbling when the contents of the bowl are poured on the concrete.
HCL is not something you should clean anything with, it's hazardous. If you get it on you, you'll get a nasty acid burn. If you get it in your eyes, you'll go blind. A better method of cleaning is something like berrymans carburetor dunk, or an ultrasonic cleaner with a degreaser. If you have rust to deal with, use MC51 or Evaporust, they work great and aren't hazardous to work with.
Is this a joke?🤤
It cringe more than the sound of racing
