You know how when guys reach their puberty their voice drops really, really low while some don't?
Most of these girls are just the latter, some are putting it up for the show but a few of them physically cannot make their voices go deeper than a single decibel, and according to them have found it difficult to talk to people or take them seriously because of how squeaky childish their voices are.
