tbh i think that's what they went for, imagine dr strange was so strong without the new system buffs, and then he gets extra 40% atk and 10% pierce, that'd be too much for any future blast character to compete
this isnt the 1st time they do this dirty thing, still like 2 years ago when they introduce artifact, they remove important buffs like immortality and heal away from the uni and put it on the artifact that the characters need it most, then expect everyone to get their artifact with terrible rng this time they thought everyone will get that extra pierce and atk from the collection stuff easily without sweat
Not really, if your gonna release something like the collection system, and then purposely make characters weaker to compensate, then what’s the point? Why not remove the collection system and give them good reworks. Instead of ripping players off by making them buy a uni that’s not good, and then making them spend more on top of that to achieve the same result (and yes your basically forced to get the new uni if you wanna have the collection buffs -and many others-)

Rank 4 Strange here *flex* (let me have it). I started playing this game because Dr. Strange has been my favorite marvel character since the 90s (yes 1990s I'm old lol). And when the MCU movie dropped I went looking for games with Strange and found MFF. Been playing ever since. I always dump all my resources into Strange and was massively disappointed with his last uniform. This update disgusts me. After grinding this game for over 5 years and spending way more money then I care to admit this update makes me seriously consider finally quitting. I've been waiting on Strange T4 since they announced it and saving mats so I could T4 him day one. I did that...and I'm very disappointed in his lack of power. I will test him today in open day AB but even if he is good there he is not gonna be on the same level as Magneto, Luna, and Odin for example.
Right now the game for me is login, check in, grab my dispatch missions rewards, free character bios and that's it. This update has me done in. Strange being terrible on top of the utter disappointment at the realization that Team Up Collection is nothing but a cash grab is where I need to draw the line; for now. I'll see what Black Friday brings and then the beginning of next year.

I did see all the buffs that he got on his new Uniforms like increased leadership and skill dmg and Bonus dmg, but I did not see that they halved his damage on the actual skills to make this uniform essentialy the same damage wise. And natural tier-2 character's uniforms cost much to runk up and for what I would spend all those resources - for nothing.
I’ve reiterated this several times in the last several years…we just need a Q&A session between the players and the devs every 6 months just to pick their brains and keep them somewhat accountable. I haven’t heard of any of these pay-to-play companies getting sued, but LOTS of what Netmarble has done in this game is borderline fraudulent. I have a friend that does the whole Tap series and he’s in charge of developing the icons for a lot of the upgrades for the game and he mentioned that one of those icons alone profits close to thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars per week.
I believe the reason this uniform is underperforming is because they released those team bonuses. They want people to finish the Midnight Suns and max it out to increase Dr. Strange's individual value and his damage. Problem is, most people don't like the teams thing.
I'm pretty sure that they will release a new uniform and a tier 4 for characters like Absorbing Man and that uniform will break the game. Insanely powerful, insanely strong. For a character that no one likes and for the characters that we like and love, they made them sooooo useless. I just used one example with Absorbing Man. You can replace this example with another bad character.

I got Sister Grimm, mainly as I said before I have a belief about characters that are left forgotten and how an update to them is more valuable to me than an update on an already useful. And she handles well, I ran her in World Boss a few times on Practice. Kind of like Sersi. I will probably have enough Crystals on the last day of the sale so by your videos I'll go with Brother Voodoo instead and just wait on Strange. Again, because I'm more having more options than I am the few awesome characters at this point being 5 weeks in since starting from scratch? I have enough already on hand that can carry me through the game modes so to me buffing up the cool guy isn't really a priority.
I have saved all my t4 mats as an f2p after t4ing Jean my first t4, i was so hyped for doctor strange so glad i didnt have to waste my material on him, hopefully he gets buffed up
For your 1st t4, you need a lot more mats for a natural t2. So if you are doing one, go jean. You will still get pvp and pve value from her. It's a no brainer

I totally agree here but I wonder if with the 40% damage reduction with the reflect on the 2nd skill and reflect and a mighty conquest if he’s pvp viable. He does have a limited Iframe ignore on his artifact similar to Shang chi T3 skill? Yes I understand it’s a STRETCH, because of the cooldowns on the damage reduction (which is crazy) and the skills (ie: heal and reflect etc) and the chance for Iframe ignore being so low…… if this was the thought they need to fix him asap. Also the Vpad windup is annoying aswell
Bro the same shit happened to me on Odin. I said pass on strange and nm shafted me on gear 30 33x on the first gear. It cost me over 8k in carb and soul. It’s intentionally to bleed you dry before bf.
I just buy his uniform out of being the Dr. Strange and get lvl 80 i dont plan to T4 him cuz ghost rider might be the next T4 this mid month and Loki is in around the corner

Normally pick up the new uniforms for the characters i can take to level 80, based on this video, might just have to save the crystals and stick with his MoM uni.
Dr strange is getting the same treatment as the guardians who upgraded with new content. Minor upgrades and buffs to characters so they could be used in otherworld without breaking it. Now Dr strange gets a super minor buff because he has to potential for an extra 10% pierce which should make him better. That way his creep isn’t ungodly crazy once that is hit with the team up collection. Problem is most players aren’t maxing that out any time soon. he will have another uniform before most players max out the team up collection.
Doctor strange and Moonknight now is required for Team Up collection last mission, NM forced us to T4 them. And damn Dr. Strange new uniform had the very confusing skill rotation, that sucks.
I have to say I was really hoping he was going to return to the pvp meta, or at least OWB. But the fact he's not great in either mode, really sucks. Especially since net marble wants us to buy and rank up 4 of his uniforms. I've been hooarding my resources waiting for him and now I don;'t know if I'll upgrade him.
Something tells me that they tried to balance him around the new team up bonus and that’s why he’s like this, and because cable got it as well it seems like they heard our complaint about him against kang 45-49 but instead of straight up buffing him they found this loophole

I find uniform to be slightly stronger for world boss legend because vpad as before though he can do burst damge but if you are fighting gorr or ultron you cant do damge as all damge is ignore or they kill you for trying so dr strange has improvemnt but he need a little more as he is to be next jean or thanos or odin

most t4 skills are like that...just buffs. the damage dealing t4s are the exceptions. compared to other t4 skills that do damage this one isn't even close
I have a 16� pierce and I compared it with my black bolt, maybe my Dr. Strange with Tier 3 I put number 2 in PVE, because Dr. Strange requires a mature skill rotation so it makes it a bit difficult to play.
Yall I got a question for Doctor Strange: Damnation once you defeat all three Mephistos and end the timeline is there no way to get back in without paying the 2500 crystals

The last time i used strange was when black bolt got his t4 for dormammu. Back then i had 10% pierce. When i saw the animations i was excited, so i got the uni but now i have 25% so i was like , omg hes great. But then i saw all rhe comments about him, so i tried with his old uni , and it was the same. A but of a flop. I wanted to maybe t4 him instead of cable , but now ? Absolutely no, unless they change him. Its ghe thing you say, the thing is not that hes not good, or even that he has to be better than iron man or cable but he has to at least offer something new. In an update where the team whatever system is about accounts who have played for years and might have all those unis that they ask, you offer them something completely useless 🤷🏻
Regardless of who, having a natural T2 being the main update T4 is simply a cash grab - just imagine the Black Order update... I am sure it is coming. Mid spender and f2p can't even get 1 t4 a month still. It's about 1 per every 45 days. And looking at your Dr strange gear upgrades.... you're getting my kind of rng. That's just "luck" but i get gear upgrades in the 30+ range on every T4 I built - thus me refusing to spend money on T4 packs. The cost of Adam Warlock almost had me quit the game. Anyhow, I just wish they improved t4 rewards a little. And 5 x wbu and 5 x wbl. That would be great too.
TCP's are still a huge bottleneck for me because on gear upgrades I always get high 20's to low 30's. I can never catch a break there. 5 WBU and 5 WBL each day would be such an improvement, so you know they wont do it.
Idk if they updated the uniform but im getting waaaay more damage on the new compared to the old i bought the old when it came out i bought the new now with the pre anniversary because i finally T3 doc strange but im doing waaay more damage idk if i was just struggling with the rotation on the old 🤔😂

Strange's T4 skill actually seems like the worst damaging T4 skill in the game. Magneto has more hits, over double the damage percentage, and a higher attack buff. Professor X has similar hits, but over double the damage, and a much better elemental damage buff. Odin has more hits, higher damage percentage, and a better attack buff. Blue Dragon has less hits, but over 10x the damage percentage, and a higher attack buff. Strange is just straight up worse than all of them.

I never got the Multiverse of Madness uniform, so this one is a HUGE upgrade for me. But the uniform should be stronger than it is right now

When i saw the animations i was excited, so i got the uni but now i have 25% so i was like , omg hes great. But then i saw all rhe comments about him, so i tried with his old uni , and it was the same. A but of a flop. I wanted to maybe t4 him instead of cable , but now ? Absolutely no, unless they change him. Its ghe thing you say, the thing is not that hes not good, or even that he has to be better than iron man or cable but he has to at least offer something new. In an update where the team whatever system is about accounts who have played for years and might have all those unis that they ask, you offer them something completely useless 🤷🏻
So should i just buy the old uni for him? Cuz i got none
Regardless of who, having a natural T2 being the main update T4 is simply a cash grab - just imagine the Black Order update... I am sure it is coming. Mid spender and f2p can't even get 1 t4 a month still. It's about 1 per every 45 days.
And looking at your Dr strange gear upgrades.... you're getting my kind of rng. That's just "luck" but i get gear upgrades in the 30+ range on every T4 I built - thus me refusing to spend money on T4 packs. The cost of Adam Warlock almost had me quit the game.
Anyhow, I just wish they improved t4 rewards a little. And 5 x wbu and 5 x wbl. That would be great too.
TCP's are still a huge bottleneck for me because on gear upgrades I always get high 20's to low 30's. I can never catch a break there. 5 WBU and 5 WBL each day would be such an improvement, so you know they wont do it.
Idk if they updated the uniform but im getting waaaay more damage on the new compared to the old i bought the old when it came out i bought the new now with the pre anniversary because i finally T3 doc strange but im doing waaay more damage idk if i was just struggling with the rotation on the old 🤔😂

Strange's T4 skill actually seems like the worst damaging T4 skill in the game. Magneto has more hits, over double the damage percentage, and a higher attack buff. Professor X has similar hits, but over double the damage, and a much better elemental damage buff. Odin has more hits, higher damage percentage, and a better attack buff. Blue Dragon has less hits, but over 10x the damage percentage, and a higher attack buff. Strange is just straight up worse than all of them.
The 'mighty glizzy of rage' is 200 roll even possible? I've burned like 80 gears on rerolling to 200 and best I get is 180.
