I know exactly where this lady is talking about. I am originally from the Adirondacks, born, and raised there. I grew up fairly close to the valley she is talking about, but will not say where it is, because yes, Bigfoot is there, and if I go saying exactly where she was talking about, people will flock there hoping to see one, or more of these creatures, and that could lead to a disaster that could get people seriously injured or killed by these Creatures. They are mostly docile, and will not bother you unless you force them into a situation where they have no other choice but to fight their way out. They are Creatures that are more curious than anything, and just want to be left alone, but at the same time, they will defend themselves, their own, and their territory, and it's just best to leave them alone.

Grassula Muscosa (Princess Pine) is a small 8" plant that in the fall produces a yellow dust like substance that is known to heal wounds and respiratory ailments. You gather the plants in a large paper bag and shake the dust from the plant. Old time remedy.

Listening from the Gulf Coast, Florida! Great story. I lived on the Schroon River for 10 years operating a campground. I wish I would've seen one! The closest I came was my ex-wife.

My view : there are two types of folks, those who live in the same whereabouts as the "Boogers", bigfoot, sasquatch, or whatever you wanna call them, but treat them with mutual respect and live and let live. Then there is those who cannot see beyond their own narrow minds and wouldn't believe until one meets one in the woods. Point is, knowing there are such creatures will not make people rush out to see them, after all, we all know about, bears, big cats,elk, moose, dingos, wolves, in the sea, sharks. Now we know that you do not argue with them, because they can kill us, so whats the difference?
